By subscribing to or using PakSat IPTV, you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide access to an IPTV service delivered over our own CDN. Content plays through third-party IPTV apps (such as IPTV Smarters or TiviMate) on your device. A working internet connection is required; we are not responsible for your internet quality or device compatibility.

Content policy

PakSat IPTV delivers free-to-air Pakistani channels and public-domain or freely-licensed movies and series over our own local CDN. Your subscription pays for hosting, bandwidth, and playlist maintenance. We do not provide encrypted pay-TV or card-shared content.

Acceptable use

• Your login is for your own household use and must not be shared publicly or resold (unless you are an approved reseller).
• Do not attempt to copy, redistribute, or re-stream the service to others.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Payments & renewals

Subscriptions are prepaid for the term you choose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer. Access is activated after payment is confirmed and ends when the term expires unless renewed.

Trials & refunds

We offer a free trial so you can test quality before paying. Because access is granted immediately on activation, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated — please use the free trial first if you’re unsure.

Report a title

If you are a rights-holder and believe content should be removed, contact us at support@paksat.pk with details, and we will review and act promptly.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current term.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
